What it does.

OverRead runs on a Windows reading workstation. Measurements from PACS, prior dates, clinical calculators, and a cross-patient check, with an optional dashboard for reading-room counts. Scroll through.

The tray

It sits in the system tray.

One tray icon. One right-click for everything. Tray menu opens Settings, switches profile, reloads the suite, or fires Setup to capture your window layout.

Calculators

One hotkey opens a structured recommendation.

Eight clinical calculators ship with it: Fleischner, Lung-RADS, adrenal, pancreatic cyst, thyroid TI-RADS, adnexal cyst, gallbladder polyp, and Bosniak renal cyst, plus RV/LV ratio, NASCET stenosis, vertebral height loss, and a Measurement Check against reference values. Each reads the report text, asks for what is missing, and pastes the recommendation with its citation.

The PACS bridge

Measure and Cite compose at the cursor.

Drop a measurement on the PACS image, then hit two hotkeys where the data belongs: Ctrl+Alt+I drops the parsed value (5.4 mm), Ctrl+Alt+R drops the image citation ((Series 3, Image 15)). You dictate the prose around them.

Priors at one hotkey.

Hit Ctrl+Alt+D at the PowerScribe cursor and OverRead types the dates of the patient’s prior studies, pulled live from PACS.

PHI policy

PHI never leaves the workstation.

No patient data leaves the workstation. The only things OverRead sends out are the update check and a feedback form you fill in yourself; reference links open in your browser like any link. Accession numbers are checked locally so a measurement or citation can never be pasted into another patient's report.

No patient identifiers are ever written to disk.
