OverRead is a Windows reading-room suite for diagnostic radiologists. Hotkeys, clinical calculators, PACS measurement capture, and live reading-room stats. Scroll through to see the headline moves.
The tray
One tray icon. One right-click for everything. Tray menu opens Settings, switches profile, reloads the suite, or fires Setup to capture your window layout.

Calculators
Five clinical calculators ship with the suite: Fleischner, Adrenal, Pancreas, Thyroid TI-RADS, Lung-RADS. Each parses the dictation context, asks for what's missing, and types a structured impression back into PowerScribe.

The PACS bridge
Drop a measurement on the PACS image, then hit two hotkeys where the data belongs: Ctrl+Alt+I drops the parsed value (5.4 mm), Ctrl+Alt+R drops the image citation ((Series 3, Image 15)). You dictate the prose around them.

Priors
Hit Ctrl+Alt+D at the PowerScribe cursor and OverRead types the dates of the patient’s prior studies, pulled live from PACS.

The dashboard
An optional companion to the desktop suite — open it at dashboard.overread.app on your phone, laptop, or any browser. A radial gauge of total unread, color-coded modality cards, and live moonlighting alerts.

The push
Subscribe to the modalities you care about. When one opens up for moonlighting, every subscribed device gets a push notification — no need to be at the workstation.
A push notification the moment moonlighting opens up.
PHI policy
Patient names, MRNs, DOBs, and accession numbers stay in PACS and PowerScribe memory. Only non-identifying details — dates, modalities, measurements, and annotation geometry — ever leave it.
No patient identifiers are ever written to disk.
